Group Offerings

• Payment for class enrollment is due at least two weeks prior to the start of class. If full payment is not received your child will lose their reserved spot.
• Class size is limited and classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Late registrations are accepted if a class has space.
• If you need to cancel your registration you must do so by two weeks prior to the class start date. No refunds will be given after that time except in extraordinary circumstances.
• Class confirmations will be sent to parents via email two days prior to the group start. Classes with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled two days prior to the group start.
• Children’s Theraplay reserves the right to remove any participant from a group if their behavior is disruptive to other group members.
• Refunds and make-ups will not be given for partial participation in/absences from a group.
• If a group leader must cancel a group session, they will offer a make-up date if possible, or at their choice will issue a pro-rated refund.

Yoga Calm Classes (Maplewood clinic)
