Ramsey County Library

The Ramsey County Library in Roseville is offering sensory-friendly mornings every Friday this summer.  The Library will open the Children’s Area an hour early for children who have special sensory needs and families who are looking for a smaller, more adaptive library experience. Staff will be on hand for tours or to answer questions. This service can be enjoyed by all children but is specifically designed for young children who need a quieter learning environment than regular library hours provide.
