Amanda McNaughton, OTR/L, ADHD-RSP

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. Over 20+ years of practice, I have developed a special interest in children with ADHD and helping families navigate the struggles that can come with that diagnosis, as well as seeing the positives that can come with children with a neurodivergent brain.

Outside of work I am often watching my own children grow in their own hobbies, as well as reading, knitting, and cooking.

Why I became an OT:
I became an OT after volunteering in a classroom for children with Autism when I was in highschool. I always knew I wanted to work with kids, and after working with the school OT in that classroom, I saw the profound effect that therapy can have on a child's life.
